24K Creative, a division of Gold Group, is based in Asbury Park, NJ. We are seeking a Senior Account Executive who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment managing a diverse client portfolio and serving as a critical point of contact for clients. Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end execution of large client projects ranging in profile from healthcare (primarily) to B2B and B2C. The Senior Account Executive will work closely with project management, creative design, and marketing as appropriate for each project.
DESCRIPTION:
- Day-to-day management of client relations and project details, as well as organic growth of existing accounts.
- Responsible for development of SOWs/estimates, creative briefs and strategic recommendations, including social and digital media plans.
- Managing client expectations and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Must provide leadership with clients, agency partners, vendors and within the company.
- Must be able to own and develop client business with an entrepreneurial spirit.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years experience in project management, ideally in healthcare (other industries acceptable), managing integrated projects that include modern and traditional components and working closely with internal departments – staff, their priorities, workload, overall project budgeting, and goal-oriented opportunity seeking/account growth.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Maybe optional if work experience reflects the skills needed to succeed in this role.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong understanding and knowledge of the healthcare industry, including marketing principals, legal and regulatory process and restrictions.
- Must understand digital communication processes, including strategy, creative approach, interactive and graphic design, and technical considerations.
- Be an active team player, yet able to operate independently and effectively in response to real-time adjustments to client direction, goals and deadlines.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with varying deadlines following processes and procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas and solutions effectively.
- Confidence in meeting with, leading and presenting to clients, especially in a group setting.
- Possess excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate follow through, strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills.
- Enthusiasm, understanding, and participant of social media, mobile, and latest web technologies.
- Possess superior Microsoft Office capabilities, including Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
