One of our newest clients, Life365 Portraits, came to us last year looking for new ways to connect and engage with customers. Specializing in in-home photography, Life365 partnered with Gold Group’s 24K Creative division to revamp their marketing materials and launch a pilot text (SMS) message campaign promoting customer engagement through weekly contests and giveaways. With strategic design and promotion, Life365 saw impressive signup numbers and engagement activity with their subscriber base.

Holiday Text Contest Engages Over 55% of Subscribers

One of the top highlights of Life365’s pilot text (SMS) message program was their 2015 holiday giveaway promotion. Existing text message subcribers were asked to reply with the word “HOLIDAYS” for a chance to win a $100 gift card. More than 55% of their subscribers opted-in to the giveaway, an outstanding number especially when compared to other types of customer centered communication such as email open rates (averaging between 15-30% depending on the industry).
